"User finds questions too easy and requests increased difficulty level."- There should be an indication of how many questions are already ready in the bank? - A page to seed questions. (Basically I can upload papers of different coaching, and you would analyze them and identify the cateogry/topic, dedupe it and add to question bank. If irrelevant(noise) for this attempt, can ignore as well.
